I have just finished a QuickBooks Custom Company File for an Agent at RE/MAX. This is a QuickBooks company file that can be setup for any RE/MAX Agent to keep the day to day operation of your Company correct. Ready to do Taxes at the end of the year in Turbo Tax or any other Tax program you like.
Accounts Payable is customized to accept the data from the Monthly reports you get from Lone wolf Reports currently being used. This will allow you or your Bookkeeper to keep your QuickBooks Company Data up to date and correct. A good portion of your Expenses are included in the Lone Wolf Reports.
Accounts Payable has been setup to use the names of the “Income Accounts” used specially by Real Estate Agents at RE/MAX. We will add your other Income sources when we build your QuickBooks Customized Company File. This makes the day to day operation of your company easy to input into QuickBooks.
We will start your QuickBooks Company File from the first of the month or we can go back to any year you need to help with Taxes or any other issues from previous years. We have a Nevada CPA that can do your Taxes or any needed “CPA” level needs.
We also do correction on current QuickBooks Company Files or we can take the information from an old QuickBooks Company File and move the valid information to a new correct QuickBooks Company File.
The average setup time is between 15 – 30 hours depending on the size of your operation and how far back we start. Price is $20.00 per hour and only charged when we are on the computer working on your QuickBooks Company File. We will setup your QuickBooks Company File on your computer and can train you and your staff on QuickBooks operation. We offer a “Bookkeeping Service” for a monthly fee to keep your QuickBooks Company File correct and up to date. This service includes end of Month Financial Reports sent to you vie Email so you can see how your Company is doing. This runs $50.00 per month. Let me know if you have any questions
